Jennifer Frantzen and Sarah Parsons made the lending process very easy. Thanks to them we were able to close on our house in 30 days. They provided us with all necessary information to secure our mortgage loan. Our loan processor, Jennifer Frantzen, even recommended a wonderful realtor to us. She even provided us with preapproval increases to help us bid higher all while keeping the monthly mortgage payment within our preferred price range. We secured 2 grants to help with closing costs from Jennifer Frantzen and Sarah Parson, loan underwriter. They helped us achieve our dream of being homeowners and never having to rent again.

Unlike the first lender that I reached out to for assistance in the first time homebuying process, this bank was very hands-on and provided a clear communication. My loan officer was Chris. Christopher worked with me for an extensive period of time. Showing great patience and providing wonderful assistance. He was personable, responsive and demonstrated great communication. His team was very efficient.I jumped the gun and began working with a different loan officer from another company for a brief period and ran back to Chris tail tucked.
