I didn’t know it was possible to receive such great service from a mortgage lender. Michael was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. As first-time homebuyers, we appreciated that the fact that he sent us financial worksheets for each property we considered, so that we could see the actual breakdown in monthly mortgage payments, property taxes, and closing costs. He helped us secure a very competitive grant for first-time homeowners. When we finally found the right house, the closing process was smooth. Where do I start? Rob made our first home purchase so easy! From the very beginning where he took time to give us an overview of what to expect throughout the process to running numbers for us on homes we liked and wanted to see, it was fantastic to have Rob on our team.
