Scott Herald

Scott Herald, Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending, joined Meridian in 2011. His responsibilities include growing the Bank’s CRE loan portfolio and attending to the many connected administrative details. Prior to Meridian, Scott spent 14 years in commercial real estate lending at National Penn Bank. He has wide ranging experience financing a variety of property types that entail construction and permanent mortgages, including residential subdivisions, apartments, offices and self-storage. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Millersville University.
